Workspace admins and managers run the workspace, while members share its forms and dashboards. Each project then assigns its own roles - analyst, surveyor, validator or guest - so collection, validation and viewing stay scoped to the right people.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and role-based access means only authorised team members can view submissions.
Archiving hides the project for 30 days and you can restore it anytime within that window; deleting removes the project and its submissions permanently.
